Merge BigCommerce and TikTok Shop Sales Data for Multi-Store Reporting

Reporting on multiple storefronts only works cleanly once every store's export uses the same column layout.

Why BigCommerce and TikTok Shop exports don't line up

BigCommerce: an Order Date column that includes a full timestamp; Subtotal and Grand Total both included, which are easy to mix up when mapping; a numeric Order ID. Also, many optional columns are exported blank depending on store configuration, which can throw off auto-mapping by header position.
TikTok Shop: an order creation time stamped in UTC; order amount, platform commission, and affiliate commission split into separate columns; a long numeric Order ID. Also, refunded and partially-refunded orders stay in the export with a status column instead of being removed, so totals can overstate revenue if you don't filter by status.
