Why WooCommerce and Mercari exports don't line up

WooCommerce: an Order Date in whatever format your WordPress site's locale is set to; an Order Total that depends entirely on which tax/shipping plugins are installed; a plain numeric Order Number. Also, column layout depends on which export plugin generated the CSV, so two WooCommerce stores can produce different headers entirely.
Mercari: a sold date in the seller's local time; item price and Mercari's selling fee shown separately, with shipping often bundled into the price; an order ID tied to a single sold item.
